Bag Edit Error

If you have been going through the skin converting process and keep getting the below error, don’t panic! This simple tutorial should hopefully help you.

This can be frustrating as you are so near to having your skin converted.

1. Head over to the following Microsoft Support link – https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads 
2. Firstly you need to click on the link install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019.
   
3. Save the file to your desktop and the run the file. It will ask if you want to install additional programs which you don’t need to do.
4. Once the Visual Studio has been installed you now need to download the updated files. Click vc_redist.x86.exe and save the file to your computer.
   
5. Run this file. It will either install without an issue or give you 3 options before you continue, one of which is repair. Click repair and let the install continue.
6. Once it’s finished you now should be able to drag your .vepa file onto BagEdit and it open correctly.
