Installation
Getting started with game is fairly straight forward, depending on your internet speed it can take a little bit of time though. Below is a step by step guide to install the game and then subscribe to the mods required to run the game.
- Register for a free Steam account and install the app for you computer. – www.steampowered.com
- Buy and install the base game for Wreckfest. To save a bit of money CD Keys has the game on at a discounted rate. Purchase the item and then follow the instructions in the email provided to install the game. The game will take some time to download if you don’t have the quickest internet.
- Now you need to ‘subscribe’ to the following mods. To subscribe click the links below and then scroll down to the green ‘subscribe’ button and select it.
- Now sit back and relax while these download, your almost ready! These can take some time to download depending on your internet speed.
- Open up the Wreckfest game via your desktop link and click on the ‘MISC’ tab
From there click on the ‘MODS’ button
Now re-order the mods you installed and make sure they are all ticked so they look like this
- Once they are in the right order and ticked when you go to leave the screen it will ask you to restart the game, approve the request and once its loaded you are ready to join the public lobby’s provided by Northern Bangers Promotions.
